Broadcast Your Presentation using MS Powerpoint 2010 ( New Feature)

You might have used Net Meeting tool in windows or HP rooms or Webex for live meeting.But Here is another addition to live meeting tools which comes as free with  MS powerpoint 2010. For this you need just Microsoft Live account such as Hotmail or Live id.Use Broadcast Slide Show Feature in Powerpoint

You don't need to send your large .ppt files and ask attendees click next next button in meeting.Instead of that you can use option 'Broadcast slide show feature' in Powerpoint 2010.
To start broad cast,Go to Slideshow  tab in power point and click broadcast slideshow
It asks you your live account id and password .Enter your live account details .
powerpoint now provides a link that you can send to your colleagues.

Is it available in office live ?
yes, you can use it on office live . for this you need to install Microsoft shared view to share slides from office live workspace.
To send link , click share on workspace as shown in image and select share screen.
You can also  use  Microsoft Shared View for net conference .

TO share using  Microsoft shared view .open your Microsoft share view and login with your live id
Once login is done click start new session button .
It will show you link and password .Send link and password to your attendees
Note:Both presenter and attendees should have shared view installed on their systems.
